(BHB) – an independent guest-advocacy initiative proudly launched by Daryon
Hotels International.
We believe the current online-review ecosystem is broken.
Hotels live in constant fear of weaponized one-star reviews, refund demands,
and permanent score damage from complaints that are often exaggerated,
fabricated, or completely outside their control. Guests, on the other hand,
feel ignored when legitimate issues fall into a black hole of public shaming
and automated responses. Everyone loses.
BHB was created to fix that.
