Welcome to the Better Hotel Bureau (BHB) – an independent guest-advocacy initiative proudly launched by Daryon Hotels International.

We believe the current online-review ecosystem is broken.

Hotels live in constant fear of weaponized one-star reviews, refund demands, and permanent score damage from complaints that are often exaggerated, fabricated, or completely outside their control. Guests, on the other hand, feel ignored when legitimate issues fall into a black hole of public shaming and automated responses. Everyone loses.

BHB was created to fix that.


Our Mission: Fairness, Privacy, and Real Solutions

  • We give guests a private, respectful channel to raise genuine concerns – no public posting, no viral outrage, no lasting damage to a hotel’s rating.

  • We act as good-Samaritan mediators: we listen, investigate fairly, and push for fast, reasonable fixes when something truly went wrong.

  • We protect hotels from extortionate or fake complaints while helping them turn valid feedback into loyal repeat guests.

  • We are deliberately de-commercializing the star-rating game. No paid placement, no score manipulation, no “pay-to-remove” schemes – just honest mediation.

Think of us as the calm, neutral third party the hospitality industry has needed for years.


Why This Matters

A single unresolved public complaint can cost a hotel thousands in lost bookings and years of damaged reputation. At the same time, guests with real problems deserve to be heard without having to “go nuclear” online. BHB bridges that gap with empathy on both sides.
